• Provide guidance to Business Developments on recruitment best practices and selection techniques.

4. Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with TAFEP guidelines and other relevant employment regulations throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis purposes.

5. Employer Branding:

• Actively promote MCI as an employer of choice through social media, career fairs, and other outreach channels.
• Assist in creating compelling job advertisements that reflect MCI’s values and organizational culture.
• Gather and analyse feedback from candidates and new hires to continually enhance the recruitment process.

6. Company’s expectations

• Since this is a sales-driven role, Talent Acquisitions are expected to meet the monthly sales KPIs established for them by the organization.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess at least a diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields. Candidates with degrees in these fields are welcome.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
• Technical Skills: Some proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is beneficial.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, are essential for this role.
