Your new role

• Responsible for managing full sets of accounts for 1 primary legal entity and 1 smaller legal entity including preparing and uploading of journal entries in SUN/ D365, monthly BS schedules and bank/ interco/ premium/ claims reconciliation from ARAP to GL modules.

• Perform timely month end financial closing, management reporting and analytics.

• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Forecast in excel.

• Support quarterly GST reporting and annual MAS/ IRAS/ Statistics Singapore reporting.

• Support regulatory internal and external audit.

• Involve in the invoice to cash cycle with active liaison with Tech Admin team and UK IBA to ensure completeness, accuracy and timely revenue recognition and funds application.

• Active liaison with UK IBA to ensure smooth finance operations support.

• Assist with improvement and implementation of accounting processes to strengthen internal control and efficiency

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in audit/ insurance/ broking is a plus but not compulsory at all

• Strong local accounting knowledge and regulatory reporting experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, and coordinate activities.
