Our ideal candidate has :

• With 0-1 yr of recruitment experience and a good understanding of manpower, be passionate about the recruitment industry
• With a strong understanding and expertise of recruitment business in a certain professional field, industry, or region
• Strong communication skills and good at engaging clients and candidates
• Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent
• MOM CEI certification is preferred but not a must

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions across the organization. Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate tracking reports on the recruitment progress, including the status of candidates at different stages of the hiring process.

• Assist with onboarding processes and necessary paperwork for successful candidates.

• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and objectives.

• Participate in internal recruitment events and campaigns as needed.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;

• proficiency in an additional language is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Remuneration:

• Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonus.

• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
