Key Responsibilities

• Training Program Development:

Operational Management:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs across various formats.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including:
• Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Online training platforms and video conferencing tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CIPD, ATD) is a plus.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers and planning the project release.
