On behalf of one of its clients in the Renewable Energy field, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Sales Team Lead (Solar)
Our client is a solar energy provider committed to delivering sustainable and efficient solar solutions.
They are currently recruiting for the position of Solar Sales Team Lead, a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing a team of two Solar Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of achievement, demonstrating qualities such as drive, goal orientation, and effective team leadership within the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 2 Solar Sales Representatives.
• Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Foster a results-oriented and collaborative team environment.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance individual and team performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
• Generate new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales deals within the solar industry.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of overall company objectives and planned growth.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
