Responsibilities:

Program Management:

1. Manage Accelerated Digitalization (AD) demand pipeline in countryWork with sites and analyse operational data to identify AD opportunities
   Provide operations teams with assistance in the initial site assessment and technology matching based on AD toolkits and published materials.
   Actively work with functions such as Solutions Design on opportunity assessment and BCA development for complex robotics projects.
   
2. Support AD project deploymentsWork with country Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure that appropriate internal resources have been allocated to each AD implementation project where BCA has been approved.
   Escalate demand and supply side issues regionally as required.
   Lead vendor liaison on AD opportunities in country such as getting proposals, conducting site evaluations or trials.
   
3. Capability development at country levelInfluence and coach operations to improve opportunity identification, accelerate site assessment, resolve implementation issues etc.
   Develop country-wide digitalization capability by sharing regional and global collateral/training material/standardized templates.
   Provide regular updates to local SMT and operations on Regional AD policies and product development.
   Liaise with local vendors and recommend them for regional engagement if they are promising.
   
4. Program management and reportingResponsible for performance tracking, monitoring and governance of AD and non-AD deployment plans in country.

Delivery Fulfillment Lead will lead the Delivery Fulfillment Team of APAC Regional Distribution Center (ADC) to manage sales order processing and day to day communication with the countries on order and delivery fulfillment. As a critical member of ADC operation team, you will have the opportunity to overses, develop, and improve the process and procedures. Key responsibilities include sales order processing, order confirmation, shipping docs creation and invoicing, and freight booking and tracking.

Duties & Responsibilities

Delivery Fulfillment Team Lead

• Lead the Delivery Fulfillment Team to delivery efficient and excellent customer service experience to our internal customers
• Monitor and resolve escalated customer issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize impact to customer satisfaction
• Recruit, mentor and develop delivery fulfillment team
• Manage and lead process enhancements and projects
• Plan team goals and improve initiatives

Order Management

• Receiving, validating, and processing sales order
• Order confirmation, monitoring, rescheduling, and reconfirming
• Check product availability and liaise with planning team to ensure fulfillment of the order on the required delivery date
• Prepare shipping documents, invoicing, and other documents required
• Work closely with country teams, QA, and product owner to ensure products shipped are compliant with respectively countries' regulatory requirements (e.g. labels)
• Close follow up and co-ordinate with countries to provide timely and accurate information about the order

Delivery Fulfillment

• Manage and track spot quote RFQ for exceptional shipments requirements and cost control

Administration

• Develop work instructions, procedures and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics or business related fields
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience in supply chain order fulfillment management
