Overview

We are seeking a strategic and empathetic Content Director with extensive experience in managing publisher relationships, client engagements, and production processes. The ideal candidate will drive the content strategy team to deliver award-winning, best-in-class content solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

Client Management:

Content Strategy:

• Oversee the development and execution of content that distinguishes itself in a competitive landscape.

Production Oversight:

Communication and Business Culture:

Qualifications

• Min 10 years of experience in content strategy, production, or related roles, with a focus on strategy, people management, and client relations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams, with a successful track record of fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Extensive experience in client management, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver customized content solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• In-depth understanding of production processes across various media formats, including video, digital, and written content, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.

Job Description

· Prospecting: Prospect and identify clients to contact by email outreach and cold calling

. Lead Generation: Generate 5-8 appointment weekly.

· Engagement: Share TableCheck success stories & Inspire prospects to learn about how TableCheck can be an asset to their business

· Pipeline Management: Manage an organized pipeline in Zoho or Salesforce.com.

· Outreach & Research: Test new technologies to source contact information and facilitate outbound outreach; discover new target markets and implement thoughtful campaigns through outbound calls and emails; assist the sales team by identifying relevant decision makers.

· Relationship Building: Establish relationships with prospects in the Singapore,SEA/ANZ.

Requirement

· You have 1+ years of previous work experience and are passionate about the hospitality industry.

· You have cold calling, sales training and Salesforce.com experience is preferred.

· You have incredible attention to detail and are able to juggle multiple requests.

· You are comfortable working autonomously in a quota-driven sales environment.

· You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

· You excel when faced with a challenge.

- Design menus that enhance customers’ culinary experience while keeping up high quality.
- Cooks all food to Proper specifications in a timely manner.
- Ensures freshness and quality of all menu items.
- Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
- Follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items.
- Hire, train, and mange kitchen staff regularly.
- Performs other duties assigned.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience as a Head Chef specialized in Vietnamese cuisines
• Ability to track expenses and manage a budget
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong passion for the art of food design
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Able to lead a team & be self-motivated

Handle and manage customer satisfaction.
Maintain a good hygiene standard ie ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized
facilities during practices.
