We are currently hiring a Venture Manager/Lead to anchor our Innovation (Venture Development) pillar.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute venture programmes that will help to nurture and grow cybersecurity companies in Singapore.
• Source and build pipeline of potential cybersecurity companies for the programme
• Serve as a mentor, co-builder and evangelist in journeying with selected companies in achieving their milestones thoughout the programme
• Cultivate relationships with mentors, industry experts, investors and partners to create a supportive network for the companies. Leverage on these connections to provide the companies with access to relevant expertise and resources, support them in fund raising and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure smooth execution of programme activities and manage related stakeholders and resources, both internal and external.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Team Lead to oversee the Synapxe observability platform, which includes implementing and managing monitoring, metrics, logging, and visualization systems across mission-critical infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, requiring a deep understanding of server and network technologies, as well as strong skills in automation and observability tools. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to leveraging new and emerging technologies to enhance system observability and resilience.

• Platform Development & Integration: Partner with vendors and internal teams to design and develop the Synapxe observability platform, integrating AI/ML functionalities for advanced monitoring, logging, and anomaly detection.
• Infrastructure Onboarding: Lead efforts to onboard existing infrastructure devices to the observability platform, ensuring comprehensive system coverage.
• Anomaly Detection & Self-Healing: Implement and optimize capabilities for early anomaly detection, pattern analysis, self-healing, infrastructure resizing, noise reduction, and outage prediction to improve system reliability and reduce response times.
• Visualization & Reporting: Create and maintain visualizations in observability tools, offering unified views for infrastructure and security. Support users in report customization and dashboard creation to facilitate data-driven insights.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor team members and junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment to promote skill development and alignment with organizational goals.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting and analysis for platform users and support team members in resolving complex issues. Document processes and create user guides for ongoing support.
