In this role, you will be working within the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and will create and execute go-to-market plans that include delivering ad products that satisfy users and advertisers, equipping activation specialists and sales teams to drive adoption and optimal use of those products, whilst also collaborating with Global Product Leads to provide feedback and insights that improve products and drive further innovation.

You will partner with and influence sales teams and sales communities to drive adoption and growth of App Engagement Marketing Objective. This will include building partnerships at various levels of the organization with a focus on partnering with Global Product Leads and Specialist Sellers.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree in a management or a technical field.
• Experience with Apps Ads solutions.
• Experience working in or with Asia-Pacific markets, with knowledge in mobile apps or mobile ads business.

As a Lead, Partner/Omnichannel Marketing Professional, Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I), you will report directly to Director, Retail Marketing SEA&I.

You will lead and drive the partner/omnichannel marketing plan working closely with Visual Merchandising and EKIN to drive brand strength, fuel consumer demand and build our long-term connection with consumers.

You will partner with our SEA&I Marketing leaders, the Asia-Pacific Latin America geography and Global Brand Marketing teams across Nike to build more effective and efficient ways to encourage and connect with athletes*.

The Regional HR Senior Manager / Director will play a key strategic role in aligning our human resource strategy with the overall business goals. The role requires a strong background in HR leadership, experience in operational HR management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regional environment. As the HR leader, you will partner with senior leadership to drive all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, employee development, labor relations, and compliance with regional and local regulations.

Requirements

Education

Experience

8 to 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a regional role in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational HR functions.

Strong understanding of regional HR practices, with experience in Singapore, China and India being highly beneficial.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams across multiple regions.
