Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day services of the Concierge and Bell operations, which may include but not limited to:
AGENT
- Providing hotel guests with information about local attractions
- Assisting hotel guest with ground transport arrangements
- Escort arriving and departing guests
- Maintains luggage storage
- Responding to internal and external emails and tele-enquiries
OFFICER
- Master all duties and responsibilities of an Agent and provide guidance and supervision while on shift.
- Handle all guest request and complaints and take ownership of guests’ feedback. Correspond with them accordingly.
- Assist to handle overbooked situations with Duty Manager.
- Log daily incidents and be aware of any general liability issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of GCE N’ Levels (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
- Fresh graduates will be considered for Agent role.
- Applicants with at least 2 years experience in 5-star hotels will be considered for Officer role.
Other information:
- 5 days rotating shift work-week (including weekends and overnight)
- 9.5 hours a day (including 45 minutes meal break)
- Up to 44 hours per week
