Our client, a leading global retail MNC, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Regional Payroll Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Being a business partner, supporting requests by answering daily questions and exceptional challenges
- Manage the planning, execution and accurate processing of the weekly / monthly payroll processes on systems
- Overseas and direct payroll procedures including timekeeping
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, payroll tax obligations and internal policies
- Manage the workflow within the team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and Accounting teams
- Participate in cross functional activities within the company
- Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Participate and make decisions, on an overall level, in the required work
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, or relevant fields
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in payroll, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a regional or multi-country payroll management role
- Proven track record of managing payroll processes for an MNC, including handling cross-border complexities
- Experience with payroll compliance and regulations in multiple countries
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS integration
- Strong leadership and team management skills, preferably with experience in leading multi-country teams

- Location: Central
- Working hours: 5 days work week
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
