Reporting to the Regional FPSO Manager, we are looking for an FPSO Analyst to drive business transformations by developing and improving core business processes/structures and facilitating the implementation of new systems/processes/requirements with minimal business impact.  Your objectives will be to ensure that the systems meet business requirements, controls, and compliance; that users are trained and use the system correctly; and that support is delivered in a pro-active and efficient manner. You will work as part of the Regional FPSO Team, interacting closely with the regional functional teams, regional management and the Global FPSO team.

Main Responsibilities:

Act as a Regional Finance Coordinator on system/project roll outs:

• Be a central point of contact to coordinate, engage key Finance members, organize meetings, and facilitate discussions
• Participate in finance system/project implementations end-to-end and work closely and efficiently with cross-functional Global/Regional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
• Articulate business requirements, evaluate business process, and provide support on documentation
• Co-lead change management, highlight blocking issues and ensure prompt resolution

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Systems & Finance Processes

• Be a functional expert in business systems/processes and have a good understanding on interconnected systems workflow
• Collaborate with business and discover new opportunities for Power BI, RPA or related automations development.
• Actively participate with operational teams to define system/operational requirements for new business requirements/initiatives/acquisitions
• Facilitate the review of front and back-office business systems/processes tickets
• Optimize, improve, and streamline business process, ensure proper control, and process compliance

User support & training

• Engage with key users and arrange training for them
• Bring any useful updates/training feedback for functional evaluation

Experiences:

• At least 3-5 years of strong operational experience in project management and finance processes/systems implementations
• Working knowledge of Financial Markets, in particular Commodity is preferred

Supply Constraint Management:

You will be primarily responsible for supporting payer enquiries, serving as a content expert for Flywire payment offerings and products. In addition to this, you will also drive forward the regional Payment Experience Team and be both the key escalation point for Payment Experience Associates & Specialists and the key voice for payment experience. A Payment Experience Team Lead should support the Client & Payment Experience Managers in leading the regional Payment Experience Team, providing feedback on team training needs, regional teammates development plans, payer experience improvements plus anything else that would ultimately help our payers through a ‘frictionless’ experience. You will also support the regional & global Client & Payment Experience function through project work as necessary.

You will 

• Provide solutions to complex issues for payers by phone, chat, and email with speed, professionalism and empathy
• Be the escalation point for teammates, serving as a content expert for Flywire payment offerings and products
• Be the voice of payers within Flywire escalating insight within the Client & Payment Experience (CPE) Team and beyond, using data and context to highlight areas for optimisation
• Work with the CPE Managers to design the regional Payment Experience team directions following the Global CPE direction and the company direction, proactively make plan to optimise our process, drive efficiency and scaling of manual work using data analysis
• Work closely with the co-leadership in APAC team, to ensure cohesive team management, project coordination, and shared decision-making. 
• Drive forward the regional Payment Experience Team, manage the team’s daily operations and projects execution, support team members in reaching the team goals and in their personal development
• Handle regular team administrative tasks such as the creation of monthly schedules for live contact support and scheduled tasks, weekly updates, training and quality review
• Be the main representative for regional Payment Experience Team, maintaining connection with both Regional CPE Team and other regional stakeholders for regional related new launch and training material preparation, tracking impact for the related change

As a HR Intern with a focus on recruitment, you can learn and contribute to talent acquisition by building talent pools, maintaining community engagement, and leveraging digital tools and social networks. You will work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to help source talent and assist with various aspects of community management, gaining invaluable experience in the recruitment process. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct market research to identify where potential candidates can be found, effective engagement strategies, and stay updated on industry trends.  

• Build and maintain talent pools for a specific role ensuring a robust candidate pipeline across multiple platforms and networks.  

• Engage potential candidates through various channels (emails, social media, phone calls) to assess their interest in available positions and inform them about job opportunities. 

• Collaborate with the HR team to develop engaging social and digital content that enhances employer branding and attracts candidates.  

• Generate referrals by encouraging candidates and employees to recommend qualified individuals through Xcellink employee referral program.  

• Analyse and report on sourcing strategies, focusing on conversion rates and identifying opportunities for process improvement.  

• Engage with candidates and influencers on social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to build relationships and maintain active community interactions.  

• Utilize a combination of enterprise software and social networking tools to streamline recruitment processes and effectively track candidates.  

• Coordinate with internal teams to address specific community inquiries and ensure alignment across departments.  

• Collect feedback from social communities to support continuous improvement in the recruitment process and organizational workflows.  

• Currently pursuing or holding a diploma / bachelor’s degree /Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource or a related field. 
• Must be able to commit at least 3 to 6 months for internship/temporary role

• Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to create engaging content for social platforms. 

• Proficiency in using social media and digital insights to create relevant and engaging recruitment content. 

• A self-driven, commercially minded individual with a focus on achieving recruitment goals. 

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a “can do” attitude, capable of working with people at all levels. 

• A solid understanding/ or exposure of IT and how they can support recruitment efforts.
