We are looking for an open-minded and enthusiastic intern to join our regional merchandising team. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of the Singapore Government Cloud (SGC) environment. You will directly work with Singapore customers across government and other regulated industries to understand their pain points and interface directly with our field sales team to grow the business. You will own the environment, develop the product strategy, stay abreast of changing government regulations around data, cybersecurity and AI and maintain the product roadmap. 

In addition, you will directly influence the roadmap of the ServiceNow Platform and suite of SaaS applications to better serve public sector customers.

You will also be responsible for managing the regulated markets product management team in the Middle East and in the Asia-Pacific region and be responsible for expanding our regulated cloud offering to other markets in the Asia-Pacific region.

Thoughtfull is hiring a Research Lead to drive new innovations and conduct evaluative research, leading to the development of high-impact products and services with science-backed effectiveness. As the Research Lead, your mission is to produces a holistic research strategy and direct its implementation through strategic partnerships and in-house research projects. The expected outcomes of your mission includes but is not limited to the development of a holistic research strategy, the identification and establishment of strategic partnerships, the initiation of external and internal research projects and the publication of research outcomes through journal articles and/or whitepapers.  

• What you will do:
  Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. 

• Strategic partnerships: Identify strategic partners and establish partnerships that support the goals of the research strategy 

• Research execution: Drive the end-to-end implementation of collaborative research projects together with partners and internal stakeholders, which include management of timelines, data transfer and other relevant processes 

• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure that research initiatives support company-wide goals. Communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels through various means (i.e. peer-reviewed articles, whitepapers,patents etc.) 

About you:  

• PhD by research, in the field of psychology, mental health, public health, or other similar fields 

• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods 

• Experience in leading a project as a principal investigator, with a track record of research publications in reputed journals 

• Proven experience in research and development, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders to achieve collaborative research goals in a timely manner. 

• Have successfully applied for research grants and executed projects based on grant funding. 

• Strong leadership skills, communication skills and a proven track record of working with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
