Job Requirements:

• Min. 12 years of IT experience, with experience in project management or PMO experience in the banking and financial service industry

• Experience in Payments domain, specialized in cross-border and domestic payments in APAC region and ISO20022 payment standards.

• Minimum JLPT N1 Certification, degree in Japanese university or equivalent is required to liaise with Japanese counterparts in the head office.

• Previous experience in Transaction Banking (Cash Management) is advantageous.

Core Responsibilities:

Financial Management

• Take ownership of achieving the Operating Plan (OP) targets for Singapore CPS which including proactively identify revenue gaps and devise plans for closing the gap
• Ensure accurate forecasting of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual OP.  Coordinate annual OP setting with realistic yet ambitious target.
• Proactively identify new opportunities beyond basic solution, talking and selling CPS advanced solution including Panel Survey and CAS (Consumer Analytic Solution) with credibility and expertise.

Client Acquisition

• Devise and implement strategies focused on client penetration. Actively identify new clients we can target and outlining actions required to acquire the client.
• Build strong personal reputation and relationship with key decision maker in potential client’s side
• Take the lead in orchestrating and delivering contract renewals, proposal and sales pitching

Commercial Strategy & Go to Market

• Lead the development, refinement, and execution of the commercial strategy for the CPS in Singapore, including develop and implement sales plans, focusing on market making
• In collaboration with cluster/country commercial lead, encourage and empower local ADs to sell CPS by fostering a collaborative environment with the necessary tools, training, and sales resources.

Client Management & Consultancy

• Build personal reputation as someone who can bring insightful contribution to client business hence become trusted advisor for clients.
• Use understanding and strategic view of client’s business to effectively communicate client expectation to the rest of the team to ensure client’s expectations are met
• If needed, lead presentation on more complex projects and to run workshops session, in a way that demonstrate confidence and expertise.

Product and Service Development

• Champion NIQ CPS product and service to both internal and external clients; and make sure they are exposed to our best and latest thinking, and new development in CPS i.e. Panel on Demand
• Regularly seek inputs from clients about the ongoing relevance of our product and services  to ensure alignment between client needs and the product development.

As a Lead ML Engineer, you will play a leading role in operationalizing ML Models developed by Client data scientists. You will serve as the focal point for ML model refactoring, optimization, containerization, deployment, and quality monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conduct reviews for compliance of the ML models in accordance with overall platform governance principles such as versioning, data / model lineage, code best practices and provide feedback to data scientists for potential improvements
• Develop pipelines for continuous operation, feedback and monitoring of ML models leveraging best practices from the CI/CD vertical within the MLOps domain. This can include monitoring for data drift, triggering model retraining and setting up rollbacks.
• Optimize AI development environments (development, testing, production) for usability, reliability and performance.
• Have a strong relationship with the infrastructure and application development team in order to understand the best method of integrating the ML model into enterprise applications (e.g., transforming resulting models into APIs).
• Work with data engineers to ensure data storage (data warehouses or data lakes) and data pipelines feeding these repositories and the ML feature or data stores are working as intended.
• Evaluate open-source and AI/ML platforms and tools for feasibility of usage and integration from an infrastructure perspective. This also involves staying updated about the newest developments, patches and upgrades to the ML platforms in use by the data science teams.

Technical Skills

• At least 10 years of experience as a ML Engineer, working with Python, ML libraries, and large-scale data processing framework.
• Advance proficiency in Python used both for ML and automation tasks.
• Experience in working with ML libraries such as Panda, NumPy, H2O, or TensorFlow.
• Experience in working with large-scale data processing framework, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Dask.
• Knowledge of OpenShift / Kubernetes is a must-have.
• Good knowledge of Bash and Unix/Linux command-line toolkit is a must-have.
• Hands on experience building CI/CD pipelines orchestration by Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or similar tools is a must-have.
