Responsibilities

• Broad experience in designing, programming, and implementing large distributed systems with microservices.
• Deep understanding of Application, Infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability etc.
• Translate functional requirements to design.
• Work with technical SMEs to understand their requirements and ensure these are met.
• Define best practices and standards for the microservice implementation.
• Identify and define implementation patterns.
• Lead activities to build accelerators and tools to increase the quality of deliverables.
• Evaluates industry technologies to shape design of services in consideration of cost, portability, compatibility, or usability factors.
• Identifies and makes appropriate changes to technologies, integrated platforms, and systems to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Continuously seeks to more efficiently manage and utilize technology, platforms, and systems.
• Highlights design risks, provide alternative options and recommend quality solution to specified problem.

Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 10+ years of technical experience within architecture development, integration of backend systems and development.
• Strong Hands–on experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE, with Spring boot framework knowledge and experience.
• Deep knowledge of SOA, Architecture and Design on Microservices, REST Services and Soap Services Development.
• Experience in core java fundamentals, Java 8+, Spring, Springboot, testing framework Junit, Cucumber.
• Strong hands-on with design patterns, clean code.
• Strong hands-on in Java Microservices (Springboot) Restful APIs and Soap Services.
• Experience in designing and coding scalable Microservices.
• Experience with middleware/messaging technologies such as MQ, JMS, Kafka and exposure to event-driven design patterns.
• Experience in Spring Cloud.
• Experience in Azure Kubernetes Service(AKS).
• Experience in configuring and implementing Azure Open Service Mesh for Pod to Pod communication.
• Experience in API Management using Azure API Gateway(APIM).
• Experience in writing deployment pipelines to deploy Java microservices in Kubernetes.
• Strong in creating/ defining Swagger specs for REST APIs, understand REST principles, Guidelines.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OAuth token-based authentication protocol.
• Demonstrated knowledge of PCI and Security Coding Standards.
• Experience with MSSQL, data modelling, query development and performance optimization.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in migrating TIBCO services to spring boot microservices.
• Experience in gaming and Hospitality industry would be an advantage.

Your role in the Team

This role is responsible for developing and delivering content across website, social and media network channels.

• Content Strategy

Build comprehensive, commercial Content strategies across short/mid/long-term planning process.

Lead team members to develop content pillars and outputs that align to IG’s commercial objectives including first trades, active clients, and retention

Develop and execute comprehensive programs of work that are integrated with brand, acquisition, engagement and retention activities.

Proactively identify opportunities for content to lead innovation across various channels, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Design and implement end-to-end content led campaigns across multiple channels..

Manage the development and delivery of campaigns, leveraging centrally created programmes where relevant.

• Budgets

Manage spend within allocated budgets.

Monthly reporting on budget, deliverables and performance.

• Performance

Deliver a measurable uplift in key engagement metrics.

Monitor and forecast engagement, providing insights to optimise performance.

In collaboration with the research team, analyse in market performance across our brand & competitors to make compelling, insights-driven recommendations.

• Team Leadership

Lead 1 social media executive and external agency relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Compliance to Contractual obligations of both Owner and Contractor in all Project related works.
• Manage all spheres of Contracts between Owners Engineers, Lenders Engineers, Independent Engineers, and Contractors
• Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document
• Monitoring & Timely Certification of payment claims of Contractors / OE / IE and other Contractors.
• Managing of Claims and Deviations from EPC Contractors and Managing of Counterclaim’s to EPC Contractors
• Listing, Undertaking costs analysis, Formulating, Bidding, finalization of non-EPC scope of works.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third parties.
• Construction budget preparations and managing the cash flow requirement.
• Customs clearance co-ordination ensuring timely document clearance.
• Participation in the monthly/weekly Project Reviews
• Contracts Administration for minor works (Preparation of Proposal to Signing & closing of Contracts)
• Managing Procurement Contracts Logistics and advising on procurement strategy.
• Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
• To assist the Project Director for negotiations with the Contractor in the case of probable disputable issues so that amicable settlement is reached.
• Preparation of Briefs for lawyer’s opinions / Senior Counsel
• Preparation of documents for Dispute Resolution/Mediation to close and resolve claims.
• Guide site team members on Contract awareness and any ambiguity.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering field or equivalent education
• At least 9 to 12 years relevant experience in contract management
• Experience in Contract management in an EPC environment would be beneficial
• Experience in negotiation and conflict management.
• Confident in abilities and proven track record.
• Ability to communicate well with team members and possess excellent team building skills.
• Should lead the negotiation and discussion with EPC Contractor representative
