JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree of Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Over 8 years of related work experience as the core member of the frontend development team in developing functional and appealing web- and mobile-based enterprise applications optimised in terms of loading performance, mobile responsiveness and enhanced user experience, preferably in fast-paced IT industry.

Requirements:

• 7+ year’s telesales experience in general insurance with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead position.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a telesales environment and experience in developing telesales strategies.
• Experience in employing various closing techniques, effective scripts writing to move leads/opportunities toward making a sale.
• Strategic thinker with excellent organisation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and agile to meet changing market conditions.
• Excellent managerial skills with a knack for building rapport and influencing others.
• Experienced in articulating system requirements/enhancement, automation such as CRM, telemarketing software, and other relevant technologies.

Job Description

• Coordinate between BIM Modelling Team, Consultants & Contractors
• Troubleshoot of any BIM software/tools problems from BIM Modelling Team
• Provide simple trainings to Engineers/Designers on operating of BIM software/tools
• Perform clash checks & host the clash review meeting with relevant parties
• Follow the specifications, standards, workflows, settings and best practices to ensure deliverables of high-quality and consistent models and drawings across the project
• Participate in regular BIM coordination review process throughout the duration of the project
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer
• Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry
• Must be proficient and have about 5 years’ experience of working with the BIM Authoring Tools
• Good knowledge of Bentley/Autodesk BIM software and MS Office
• Able to read and interpret Mechanical & Electrical drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects will be an advantage
