Key Responsibilities:

5. Change Management & Implementation:Collaborate with business and technical teams to plan and execute process or system changes.
   Ensure stakeholders are prepared for new operational processes and technology components.
   
6. Continuous Improvement:Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
   Propose enhancements that drive efficiency, scalability, and business value.
   

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst, preferably in banking
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map them to technology solutions.
• Experience in documenting requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
