Responsibilities:

• Administrative support to Top Management including but not limited to calendar management, internal/external meetings coordination, travel arrangements and expense claims
• Responsible for management's daily business activities.
• Coordinate with Board of Directors as well as professions like Legal, Financial Advisor, Valuers, Company Secretary etc. coming to business related matter
• Prepare PPT of business plans of the Group and assist senior management to meet up with Investors, potential M&A partners etc
• Planning publicity strategies and campaigns as per the Group business plan as well as sales strategy.
• Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities and risks that impact the organization's strategic goals.
• Keep abreast of current affairs, economic and industry trends that may impact
• Liaising with clients, managerial and journalistic staff about budgets, timescales and objectives.
• Organizing and attending group & promotional event as well as exhibitions if needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor ‘s Degree in any discipline
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in MNC environment
• Professional communication skills as the role requires to liaise with counterparts across Asia regional countries
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Data Analysis tools
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Self driven and fast learner with exceptional organizational and multi tasking abilities

· Ensure that learning corners are set up every term and that the classroom is safe and conducive for learning.

· Teach the children appropriate ways to manage and develop their social emotional behaviour.

Requirements:

· Minimum with a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education – L1/L2

· GCE 'O' Level credit in English

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· A team player with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives.
