Quick Overview

Your necessary skills

Job Description:

• Able to administrate on ACMV / Electrical tender processes and procedures.
• Identify the scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Prepare and follow up on Requests for Quotations (RFQ) to ensure timely submission of tender costs and technical data.
• Extract and take off Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the ACMV Drawings, Points of Schedules and Architectural drawings.
• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries, and technical proposals to facilitate tender submissions.
• Review addendum and/or corrigendum documents and update the costing summary and technical proposal accordingly.
• Attend site briefings, site meetings, and post-tender interviews as necessary.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
• 2 years’ experience in the construction industry, with M&E experience will be advantage.

Job Description:

Duties / Scope of Work
