The Yoga Manager & Lead Instructor will oversee the daily operations of the yoga studio while also taking a hands-on role in teaching the majority of yoga classes.

This dynamic role requires a strong blend of leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in yoga teaching. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both the business side of running a yoga studio and the hands-on aspect of leading classes, creating a high-quality experience for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Yoga Instruction:

• Lead the majority of yoga classes, offering a variety of styles (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Restorative, etc.) for all levels.
• Design and teach well-structured, engaging, and safe classes, catering to a diverse group of students.
• Ensure that each class provides a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for students.
• Customize classes and sequences to meet the needs and abilities of students, incorporating adjustments and modifications as necessary.

Studio Operations & Management:

• Oversee the studio’s booking system, ensuring smooth client registrations, class sign-ups, and attendance tracking.

Instructor Supervision:

• Recruit, hire, and train yoga instructors, ensuring they align with the studio’s values and standards.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team (or lead marketing efforts) to promote yoga classes, workshops, and special events.
• Help create promotional materials, social media content, and email campaigns to drive class attendance and brand awareness.

Job Opportunity: Laundry Sorting & Packing Operator/Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sort and pack garments efficiently and accurately.
• Review and report daily orders for delivery.
• Assign delivery bags/items to appropriate delivery racks/storage.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties in the assigned area.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as required.
• Supervise team members in the sorting and packing section (Shift Team Leader role).
• Quality Control and Garments Assessment (May be assigned)

Requirements:

• Basic computer and mobile app operation skills (system training provided).

Working Hours:

• Workflow for IT Technology: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and AIOps
