Responsibilities:

• Perform risk management for two sites.
• Address all HSE-related training requirements.
• Lead investigations for all incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Develop and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and relevant documentation in compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and best industry practices, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Collaborate closely with the customer's and the company's operations teams to plan and implement mutually agreed HSE plans, including best practices.
• Work with key stakeholders on the Safety Observation Sheet, including its review and closure.
• Manage contractors effectively.
• Perform routine tasks such as attending meetings and providing updates.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management related to HSE.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health Act and its regulation
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, Management System Knowledge of HSE Auditing skill
• Proficient in MS Office
• Computer literate and familiar with common software application in the market
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills with effective interpersonal and people management skills
