JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and guiding a team of data engineers.
• Strong technical background in designing and implementing data pipelines, databases, and analytical tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering such as Python, Java.

The Global Demand Planner will lead the demand planning process for our Instrument Manufacturing Center of Excellence, ensuring accurate and efficient demand forecasts across multiple product lines, manufacturing processes, aggregation levels and time horizons. The Global Demand Planner will liaise with many functions including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to obtain product and market intelligence throughout the product and order lifecycle which influences demand and transform this into actionable insight and plans. Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of candidates' competencies, experiences, and compatibility with organizational culture.
• Provide clients with tailored recommendations and insights into candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
• Verify credentials, employment history, and references while managing background checks where applicable.
• Assist in structuring competitive job offers and managing discussions with candidates to reach mutual agreements.
• Monitor and record recruitment progress and outcomes, maintaining a clear and accessible database.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, including privacy regulations and equal opportunity guidelines.
• Actively track market trends and incorporate best practices to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Certification: Attained full CEI certification as required by MOM.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Prior experience with talent acquisition tools or applicant management systems is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and ethical hiring practices is highly desirable.

Working location: Work from home

Working hours: 10am to 1pm (Monday to Thursday)

Salary: $12 per hour

Your role:

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, assessments, and screenings with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates
• Communicate interview details, including date, time, location, and interview format, to candidates and internal stakeholders
• Manage interviewers' calendars and availability, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to schedule interviews at convenient times
• Monitor and update interview schedules in real-time, making adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or conflicts
• Provide reminders and follow-up communications to ensure interview participants are aware of upcoming interviews and prepared accordingly
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview scheduling, providing timely responses to inquiries and requests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and interview records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or interview scheduling software
• Enter interview details, notes, and feedback into the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Able to commit at least 6 months
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, scheduling, or related roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and calendar management tools/software
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
