Role Purpose

The role is responsible for delivering the compliance and health & safety scope within JLL’s overall scope of service to our Client for a portfolio of corporate real estate and colocation data centres.

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding business, you will be involved in full cycle of technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate and close offers for mid to senior level professionals. The Head of Student Recruitment is responsible for the development and implementation of the school’s marketing and student recruitment strategy for the Executive MBA Program. The role will require managing, the gathering and use of data to inform strategy and contribute to decision-making concerning the school’s recruitment plan and reputation. The data is further applied in promoting and raising awareness of the programmes with key internal and external interest groups by organizing on-campus recruitment events.

Job Decription:

• Develop and execute annual student recruitment plan with associated targets and KPIs.
• Conduct recruitment activities, counselling prospects, organising conversion and engagement activities that results to student enrolment.
• Assess and evaluate recruitment performance per intake, rectifying or adopting new measures as necessary to improve and meet targets
• Manage the program expenditures to be within budget.
• Actively liaise, work, and engage with all stakeholders both internal and external.
