• Design, implement, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions in theT&O-MOT-LCS domain with the following key responsibilities
• Work closely and communicate effectively and independently with project managers, business analysts, development leads, test engineers, infrastructure engineers and business users
• Participate in the analysis and requirements gathering phase and help to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet client needs and expectations
• Debug issues, fix bugs, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot the application and provide third level support
• Build, package and release software artifacts in an automated way to all environments including production
• Be responsible for the performance, stability, reliability, and security of the application
• Proactively identify efficiency and design improvements to existing systems and processes
• Min 10+ years of technology delivery experience in software development
• Hands on experience in at least one server-side object-oriented programming language
• Experience using source code control systems and branching strategies including with hands on experience branching, merging, and releasing
• Experience with a major relational database system
• Knowledge of data structures, design patterns, architectural styles, and API designs
• Hands-on experience with JAVA (Spring, Springboot) in a Unix/ Linux environment
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL, NoSQL, MariaDB or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce-based ERP modules.
  Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and scalability standards.
  Implement and maintain Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP).
  
• Customization & Integration:Customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including complex workflows, automation, and API integrations.
  Design and execute integrations with other systems as needed.
  
• Project Management:Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and release schedules (1-2 months).
  Collaborate with the Product and Domain Specialist teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
  Escalate and address complex customization requests effectively.
  
• Quality Assurance:Conduct code reviews and implement quality assurance measures.
  Optimize systems for reliability, performance, and ease of maintenance.
  
• Team Mentorship:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications

• Experience:At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
  Strong expertise in Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP).
  Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and coding (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL).
  
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in building and maintaining complex Salesforce integrations using APIs.
  Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
  Familiarity with cloud platforms and database systems is a plus.
  
• Project Management:Demonstrated experience managing Agile projects and sprints using tools like JIRA.
  Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  
• Soft Skills:Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
