What You’ll Do

• Conduct reviews for compliance of the ML models in accordance with overall platform governance principles such as versioning, data / model lineage, code best practices and provide feedback to data scientists for potential improvements

Job Title: IT Team Lead (Retail Systems)

Department: IT & Analytics

Location: Senoko Crescent

Reports to: Manager (IT & Analytics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT team in managing retail-specific systems (e.g., POS, inventory, CRM).
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement and optimize retail solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and enhance system performance for scalability and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to team members and retail staff.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Stay updated on emerging retail technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in IT or related fields (e.g., ICT Systems & Support).

Proven experience with retail systems (POS, payment gateways, inventory management).

Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Familiarity with networking, security standards, and system integration.

Responsibilities

· To perform audit in any capacity in conformance with the requirements of the specified Quality/ Environmental / Food Safety /Safety and/ or any other Management Systems that BV Certification offers ( As appropriate)

· Conduct public-run or in-house training for customers of specified Quality/ Environmental/ Food Safety/ Safety/and/or any other Management Systems

· To assimilate, understand and operate the BV Singapore Quality Management System in all activities relevant to the post

· To control the overall performance of audit activities, including any planning, review and the control of the other members of the audit team

· Authority over whatever decisions are necessary during the audits and to recommend the presentation or otherwise of a certificate of approval.

· To decide upon evidence gained during Audits whether or not certification should be granted or allowed to continue.

· To represent BV Singapore, where necessary, to potential clients in conjunction with other responsible personnel.

· To assist in the training of other Auditors and Lead Auditors, either during planned audits or during other training functions.

· To maintain all current memberships, competency and registrations applicable to the post.

· To maintain continuous professional development in support to future development of schemes for certification

· Assist in any other task assigned such as internal audits, accreditation maintenance, TQR related activities and Technical file reviews

· Support all technical activities in maintaining accreditations

Requirements :

· Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline

· Familiar with internal/certification audits

· Candidate with FSSC Lead Auditor Certificate, ISO 22000 Lead Auditor Certificate, HACCP Lead Auditor Certificate, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate and BRC Lead Auditor Certificate will be an advantage

· Possess auditing experience and/or a Certified Lead Auditor

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), email marketing, Google /Facebook Ads, & Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Manage new & existing customer relationships to promote AKC Courses.
• Develop & implement appropriate strategies on Marketing / Digital Marketing for B2B and B2C Projects for AKC Courses.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Help maintain and update content on company website and other digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for engaging target audiences.
• Assist in the creation of digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, graphics, and videos.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and assist in incorporating them into our strategies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing,Communications, or related field and above.
• Previous experience or internship in digital marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in analytics
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
