POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Head of Transcreation effectively leads the production team to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows with a goal of continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

• Proven experience in regional sales, preferably within sectors relevant to electronics and technology (e.g., precision cleaning, semiconductor, EV, or related industries).
• Familiar with solvent cleaning and nanocoating will be an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow with the company over the long term.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude, committed to mastering the company’s product knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with distributors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Availability for regional business trips
• Analytical skills for market surveys and sales analysis are an added advantage.
