Position Overview

The Lead Automation Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of DeltaV automation systems within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies and their application in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation System Management:Design, develop, and implement DeltaV automation systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Your Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager Team Lead (Investment), you’ll:

• Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team success and exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing expert investment advice tailored to individual needs.
• Stay up to date on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to offer informed guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic professional who possesses:

• At least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and motivate team members.
• Educational Qualification: Polytechnic Diploma or higher.
• CMFAS certification (e.g., M1, M5, M6, or others) is highly recommended and will give you a competitive edge.
