Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain & control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
• Assist the OM in maintaining up-to-date asset list.
• Assist the OM in scheduling for jobs & holiday leaves.
• Monitor performance & absenteeism of crew.
• Ensure that appropriate PPE are worn by crew.
• Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager.
• Upkeep all equipment.
• Ensure company policies & standards are met by crew at all faclities.
• Liaise & monitor work done by outsourced contractors.
• Other duties assigned by the OM or the Managerment.

• Implementing Reference Data Architecture Principles and Target design for reference data and guide and support group projects and changes with right reference data design usage. Proactively monitor the health of current Reference Data and provide the recommendations for the full certification.
