JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance. The position has both operational and financial (P&L) management responsibility, for all sites within the South Asia sub-region. The five countries within the South Asia sub-region are Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. The position is based in Singapore and reports into the Asia Operations Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities within the sub-region, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and all deliverables are achieved on-time and within budget.

• Regional Coordination: Work closely with regional office managers to ensure consistency and standardization of facilities management practices across all locations.

• Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise the facility management team, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Provide guidance, support and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Stakeholder Management: Develops and maintains positive client relationships. Is visible as a sub-region manager and ensures the on-the-ground office managers proactively manage the relationship with the client.

Conducts client meetings on unresolved facility issues in an expeditious and professional manner. Communicates to clients regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports.

• Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate and manage maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure minimal disruption to office operations.

• Vendor Management: Engage and manage relationships with external service providers and contractors for maintenance, security, cleaning, and other facility-related services.

• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

• Budget Management: Has P&L management responsibility for the South Asia budget. Management of the country office mangers to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in all operations.

• Space Planning: Proactively optimize space utilization and manage office layouts to accommodate business needs and growth.

• Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and promote sustainable practices within the facilities to reduce environmental impact.

• Projects: Oversees the management of both operational and capital projects.

• Crisis & Incident Management: L the response to any facility-related emergencies. This includes developing and maintaining procedures include emergency action plans, disaster recovery, business continuity, and other related procedures.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to team activities, performance and facility operations. Prepare and submit regular financial, operational and governance reports to senior management. Ensure the sub-region is audit-ready.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Maintain an Account Plan for the customer that will encompass a strategic roadmap defining multi- year growth, targets by key supply chain
• Execute Account Plans (forecasts, budgets and operating plans).
• Ability to work in a matrix organization along with virtual teams & build strong internal relationships with Sponsor / Global / Regional / Sector team leaders as required for the account.
• Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.
• Conduct regular business review meetings for all customers and drive meeting content to ensure operations, support and execution teams are present to support these reviews.
• Conduct quarterly business review (QBR) meetings including executive sessions for strategic alignment between CEVA and the customer.
• Responsible to communicate all expectations on these review meetings to the operations and support teams for implementation or improvements.
• Develop a deep understanding of business streams of each customer and a detailed Relationship Map for each Account designated using CEVA’s CRM system.
• Leverage on Sectors Focused Solutions to penetrate account growth and development (example: Use of case studies and key SMART solutions within CEVA)
• Work with implementation teams on new projects to ensure customer expectations are communicated.
• Work to define all customer reporting requirements with customer (Country/Regional/Global Levels and all KPI (Service Metrics) with customers to be reviewed in business meetings conducted.
• Lead and work with customer to resolve all contractual and commercial decisions in compliance with CEVA policies and terms.
• Accurate and timely update of all customer engagement activities and business development opportunities within C-View.

Job Requirements

• A good degree majoring in supply chain/logistics/transportation management/sales and marketing/international business
• Minimum 8 years industry experience with at least 3 years account management managerial and/or customer relationship management experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of all air, sea, ground and contract logistics products and services.

Job description:

• Provide leadership to the product marketing and commercial marketing teams
• Management and coaching of regional marketing team and resources in the region

Requirements:

• A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or related field

• Advanced soft skills and intercultural competencies as well as enthusiasm to navigate between customers, multiple internal cross-functional stakeholders and management
