Primary Function of Position:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President and President of Asia, the Sr Director of Regional Marketing, Market Access and Custom Analytics (MACA), will lead teams that provide consultative leadership to the Asia direct county sales and marketing teams to include Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan and India. As a member of the Asia Region Operations Leadership Team (AROLT), the successful candidate will develop and implement a vision and set marketing and customer data strategies that lead to continued growth, market development and profitability of the company.

Marketing Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop regional marketing and customer data consulting teams
• Direct responsibilities the following regional marketing directors and their teams: product portfolio marketing, digital solutions marketing, audience marketing, and marketing operations for social, web, content management and automation

• Collaborate with corporate marketing, clinical affairs, GAVE/HEOR, Service, Sales Operations, Customer Training, Legal and Regulatory to ensure alignment of regional goals and resources
• Facilitate cross-regional expertise to maximize impact by country sales, marketing and MACA teams.
• Lead customer satisfaction improvement utilizing voice-of-customer input tools like Product Events, Surgeons Advisory boards, NPS and other such customer satisfaction surveys.

• Mentor country marketing leaders in strategy organization readiness, talent development and annual plan execution.

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

• 20+ years of well-rounded marketing, sales and commercial management experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with a focus on developing new markets, launching disruptive technologies / products requiring a paradigm shift, and expanding penetration in existing markets.

Job Description

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Plan, deliver and execute technical activities to provides services directly and indirectly to Nokia internal and external customers.
• Responsible for design, planning and optimization of Nokia Products 4G & 5G planning, optimization, and acceptance.
• Ensure that deliverables and met and optimised to the Nokia Standard KPIs which have been agreed upon with our Customers.
• Ability to be technical lead for local NPO team related to planning & optimization work. These may include complex problem solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environment.
• Coordination with implementation and field teams during activity if required.
• Understand customer's requirements and take the lead to provide appropriate response with solution and recommendation.
• Plan and lead to deliver technical network design.
• Verify the customer KPIs that Nokia can achieved and Perform acceptance tests as customer requirement.
• Network audit with corresponding analysis and provide recommended to improve network quality.
• Actively shares key learnings and project documentation within NPO technical community.
• Strong contributor and ability to share competence knowledge transfer within internal and customer team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in 3G/4G and 2 years in 5G Network Planning and Optimization
• Ability to work typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level. Task scope includes and not limited to: -
• Ability to coach others on NPO technical both design and Optimization.
• Network design / Optimization /Trial features on latest SW/HW release i.e. 23R3 or 24R1
• Ability to present the NPO technical part to customer management level i.e customer CTO.
• Ability to lead and solve NPO technical issues related to KPI analysis.
• Advanced network and/or service optimization
• Strong 4G/5G NPO technical knowledge and able to direct communication with R&D for issues of KPI for new feature and SW will be preferred.
• Good communication skills, internal and external
• Ability to manage team members and subcon
• Good in technical customer presentation
• Flexible and capable to work in demanding environment to meet customer expectations
