Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, AV, or equivalent.
2. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in broadcasting, live production, or AV/VC operations with supervisory responsibilities.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and strong video and photographic skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of AV hardware (e.g., cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound systems) and software (e.g., TriCaster, OBS, vMix).
5. Experience in studio production and familiarity with production sets and teams.
6. Proven project management experience in large-scale AV implementations.
7. Expertise in AV and VC systems (Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Bosch).
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

As an experienced Systems Engineer, you will continue to optimise systems performance to ensure its availability. The role will allow you to contribute to the overall success of Synapxe and public healthcare.

Role and Responsibilities

Infrastructure Design and Implementation:

• Lead the design and deployment of infrastructure solutions such as Server OS, Active Directory, VMware and related services.
• Ensure the architecture aligns with business objectives and best practices.

Systems Enhancement and Maintenance:

• Administer and maintain servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and networking equipment.
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.

Requirements / Qualifications
