Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Group Finance Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group.
• Ensure all financial, accounting and analytical reports are prepared according to the management policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting.
• Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits.
• Complete and submit all GST returns and ensure compliance.
• Review CIT returns to be submitted by Tax Agent.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management.
• Oversee the costing function for the manufacturing activities in Singapore.
• Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities.
• Perform any other tasks as the need arises.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3 to 5 years of working experience, including experience in manufacturing costing, and supervisory experience

The Factory Manager is accountable for achieving overall of organization, management direction and control of all factory functional departments and to ensure that production run effectively with cost, yield improvement, output achievement, and forecast requirements. Ensure Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Ensure effective us of manpower materials and equipment. Manage and synchronize production activities with sales, purchasing and engineering.

• Ensure production volume targets are met
• Achieve the targeted cost levels by improving efficiency and reducing reject
• Ensure adequate training for staff
• To maintain a suitable working environment for the production employees
• Ensure low level of breakdown by regular maintenance
• Ensure all order is complete on schedule
• Develop and Implement improvement in engineering process
• Ensure submit accurate report as scheduled
• To ensure high quality of the wheels

Requirements:

• Bilingual or more: English + another language
• Ability to prepare reports in English
• 10 years’ experience in managing or working in after-market wheel factory
• Qualification Engineering (Either chemical or electrical) educational background
• Experience in aluminum casting is advantageous
• Knowledge in Metallurgy is preferred
• To be based in Thailand
