Responsibilities (how we will measure success):

Financial Planning and Reporting:

• Drive the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to align financial goals with business objectives and ensure strategic alignment.

Lead High-Impact Projects:

• Manage strategic and operational initiatives as they arise, spearheading process improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely and directly with executive leadership to support company-wide strategic initiatives (e.g. fundraising or M&A).

Requirements

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic UI/UX Lead to join our team and drive the design of exceptional user experiences for our platforms. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong background in designing complex B2B software solutions. As the UI/UX Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design vision, defining user flows, creating intuitive interfaces, and ensuring the overall quality of the user experience for our platform.

Lead the UI/UX Design Process:

• Oversee all aspects of the design process from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation.

Working closely with the Studio Head and Project Management Director, you will be responsible for providing overall direction to project pitches from a project management perspective & collaborate with Business Development to close sales opportunities. Planning

• You will implement an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework, incorporating necessary review processes as required

• Ensure accurate finalisation of client accounts, provide substantiated recommendations for variations and ensure contractors and consultants are paid in accordance with contract schedules.

• Yo will look for opportunities to improve the client’s position in regard to return and value
• You will identify and resolve disputes quickly and reasonably
• You will develop and maintain good relationships with client representatives, consultants, contractors and adjoining property owners

What we Expect

• You are a project management professional with minimum 10+ years of experience in the building construction industry and at least 3-5 years of leadership experience managing a team.
• You have relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.
• You have a degree in Architecture/ Civil or Mechanical Engineering /Construction management or a related discipline.
• You have the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
