About the Team

Our Infrastructure Engineering organization build and operate hyper-scale datacenters, manage the life cycle of server fleet, allocate cloud resources and create various cloud solutions, and provide infrastructure services including widely distributed Content Distribution Networks (CDNs). The Infrastructure Platform team build and leverage various platforms and toolings to manage and interact with our infrastructures and services, including end-to-end capacity delivery, asset management, data center infrastructure management, system engineering, server fleet management, financial operation, governance, risk, and compliance, etc. To support the fast growth and improve operation efficiency, these platforms need to be feature rich, easy to use, scalable, agile and compliant to with policies and procedures.

About ECOM Sustainable Management Services

ECOM Sustainable Management Services (SMS) is ECOM’s specialized body for the last mile delivery of services and products to the rural population contributing to the improvement in yields and net incomes at farm level, to decreasing financial risks through diversification of income streams, and to eradicating zero tolerance points like forced or child labor, dangerous application of agrochemicals, degradation of the environment and deforestation. We are looking for a Junior Sustainability Data Lead who will support APAC origin teams and Global Sustainability team with data quality assurance as well as data cleaning, validation and analysis for ECOM SMS programs in APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Support national sustainability managers across APAC on the implementation and management of ECOM SMS programs through the establishment of a robust Monitoring, Evaluation & Communication (MEC) framework, which includes the management of data related to ECOM SMS Verified code of conduct and contributes to ECOM decarbonisation strategies and ECOM compliance with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).

• Responsible for analyzing sustainability-related metrics, tracking progress, and enhancing data collection processes aligning with ECOM automation developments. Align with ECOM automation tools to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Support the rolling out of the methodologies and data collections established by the Global SMS, Environmental & Social, Climate and First Mile teams at the local level.
• Set up an implement locally a MEC framework that includes the planning and organizing of data collection for ECOM Environment & Social indicators, carbon accounting, SMS Verified and third party co-funded field projects in APAC countries (China, India, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Vietnam).
• Check and control data originated from APAC countries, including logical checks such as realistic crop yields, spatial data checks with GPS and polygon files to avoid duplicate, etc. Monitor the follow-up towards complete data validation with local SMS Leads.
• Analysis of the data collected, and reporting, using appropriate internal and external formats. Standardize communication related to projects and SMS Verified. Create comprehensive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Build capacity internally to implement with success the MEC system in coordination with SMS Leads and Agronomists and other departments if needed.
• Prepare presentations based on data as required and support presenting to partners. Communicate sustainability achievements and initiatives effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Make recommendations to improve data quality and efficiency of data systems.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of maintenance work experience in Chemical, Semiconductor, aviation, oil & gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Analytical and Problems solving skill with regard to Purified water system and HVAC Systems
• Knowledge in HVAC and Purified water system operation and Maintenance principle.
• Experience in manufacturing in a GMP HVAC environment utilizing ISO 14644-1 classifications.
• Knowledge of various clean room standards across the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Life cycle of the HVAC system (from design, operations, controls monitoring, maintenance and obsolescence management).
• Knowledge and experience working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Demonstrated use of Reliability analysis tools such as FME, RCFA, etc.

Job Description:

• On behalf of the Owner’s Engineer (OE), the T&C Lead Engineer shall support the T&C Manager for overseeing all testing and commissioning activities of the IWMF Contractors, including the coordination of testing and commissioning activities of TWRP that interface with IWMF.
• The T&C Lead Engineer shall support the T&C Manager to lead the OE’s proposed testing and commissioning team and coordinate with its Resident Site Supervision (RSS) Team and OE’s design team as well as the Contractors to review the development of the Contractors testing and commissioning plan and the Contractors execution of their plan in order to achieve the Project milestones for each of the IWMF EPC Contracts (EPC Package 1 – Waste to Energy/Materials Recovery Facility and EPC Package 2 – Sludge Incineration Facility/Food Waste Treatment Facility).
• The T&C Lead Engineer shall support the T&C Manager to oversee the whole of each Contractors testing and commissioning activities, and the interfaces between EPC1 and EPC2 and TWRP as relevant, which should commence from dry/cold to hot commissioning to successful completion of entire commissioning process and trial run, including optimisation of plant operation with the Contractors and O&M teams.
• Participate as required by the T&C Manager in regular T&C Coordination Meetings with the Contractor and/or Other Contractors on adjacent sites (that is attended by Client representatives or similar others also)
• Any other matters that may from time to time be delegated by the T&C Manager.
• The OE’s T&C Lead Engineers are estimated to be mobilised to site at least 6 months prior to the commencement of actual testing and commissioning by the Contractor in order to familiarise themselves with the Works and the Contractors plans for the T&C and the expectations of the Client.

Job Requirements:

• The T&C Lead Engineers shall have at least 5 years of hands-on relevant experience in testing and commissioning (and operation) of large scale solid waste management projects (Waste to Energy - WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment), or experience with large scale industrial/process/utilities projects (i.e. waste, water, oil & gas, power) testing and commissioning.
• The T&C Lead Engineer to have a relevant engineering degree or certification.
