Job description:

• Planning and executing store openings across Southeast Asia (SEA) region. Responsible for the development and compliance of store procedures.

SUMMARY

Qualifications

1. Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, EI&A, Civil or related field

2. Familiarity with applicable standards and codes relating to bulk liquid storage facilities for the applicable terminal location is preferred or should be obtained as part of training. This could include API, EEMUA, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, OSHA, and CFR and any other (local) codes

3. Exposure to Multi-disciplinary project teams with various business stakeholders is preferred

4. Self-motivated to ‘close the loop’ with actions and administrative responsibilities

5. Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in Portuguese and/or Chinese languages

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage infra projects to meet delivery to customer’s satisfaction
• Handle project’s scope of work according to requirements and contractual KPIs
• Manage external vendors/contractors for provision of material or support services
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports to meet quality standards
• Lead project team to provide engineering, operation support and maintenance to operational/production system
• Gather customers’ requests for system enhancements and propose solutions
• Participate or support in new business prospects or tender involvement

Requirements:

• At least 4 – 5 years’ Project Manager experience, handling infrastructure projects
• Experience with government projects will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience with ITSM – ITIL Framework
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Degree in any discipline

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Lead the development of the gas & related services corporate strategy, working closely with senior leaders to define strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities for the market.
• Strategy Communications: Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership or external stakeholders, providing insights and updates on the company's strategic performance.
• Business Analytics: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
• Sustainability/Operational Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with regional and group departments for tracking and reporting sustainability indicators which includes a non-exhaustive list that includes: Carbon, Sustainability Indices parameters, Community Investments, Volunteering, Operational Capacity
• Corporate Affairs: Contribute to general duties as and when necessary for any scope within Marketing, Internal Communications, Media Communications and Corporate Planning for the market.
• Special Projects: Develop and implement ad-hoc strategic initiatives and action plans to drive business performance and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or any relevant course.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Photoshop and Canva skillsets not a must but will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Competence in delivering presentations.
• Available for global business travel when called upon.
