Key Accountabilities

• Lead a team of procurement specialist in their daily activities and in meeting the departmental objectives and metrics

What you will do

As a compensation consultant, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across multiple functions for our APJC operations, as well as aligned P&C partners. You will apply Cisco’s compensation philosophy, strategy, and practices to the business’s people strategy and rewards decisions while also influencing the design and delivery of Cisco’s compensation programs to meet business needs. You will be responsible for providing compensation expertise, market analysis and insights, training, and coaching to business leaders and P&C partners. You will also lead projects that support the broader Compensation team, such as developing cost models, building tools, and creating custom reports to meet broader business or program needs.

• Design and implement compensation strategies and programs with an emphasis on designing tailored and/or customized solutions to support specific business growth, differentiation, or operational efficiency initiatives.
• Provide compensation consulting to senior leaders including providing competitive pay and total rewards reviews, developing tailored annual rewards strategies (merit, promotion, market adjustment, bonus and/or stock guidelines), developing group/team hiring and retention strategies, and ensuring an overall healthy and cost-effective compensation strategy aligned to organizational workforce and talent strategies.
• In partnership with Compensation Acquisition Integration Lead, consult on compensation issues & strategies related to acquisition integration for employees. Focus may include job mapping, retention strategies, compensation training, and integration alignment to Cisco strategies, programs and processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with P&C Partners and serve as subject matter expert on all elements of Cisco's compensation design and total rewards strategy.
• Partner with executives and team members to design legally compliant programs that retain and motivate top talent and meet corporate, functional, and geographic objectives.

The Lead Automation Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of DeltaV automation systems within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies and their application in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation System Management:Design, develop, and implement DeltaV automation systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of DeltaV systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal reliability.
  
• Project Leadership:Lead automation projects from conception through implementation, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  Coordinate with cross-functional teams including process engineers, quality assurance, and IT to ensure seamless integration of DeltaV solutions.
  
• Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all automation systems comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, HSA) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  Prepare and maintain documentation for validation and compliance audits.
  
• Technical Expertise:Stay updated with the latest advancements in DeltaV and other automation technologies and their applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
  Provide technical guidance and training to the engineering team and production staff.
  
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and implement changes to enhance productivity and quality.
  Analyze system performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  Proven experience in designing and managing DeltaV automation systems in a GMP-regulated environment.

Requirements

• Singaporeans only. Preferably with work experience in automotive industry
• Minimum Diploma
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, customer centric mindset and problem solving ability
• Computer savvy (MS Office, CRM system)
• Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in leading a team of customer service and general administration team in a similar trade (automotive/logistics/industrial)
• Willing to work Mondays to Fridays 08:30AM - 05:30PM and alternate Saturdays 08:30AM - 12:30PM
