• Manage budgets for QMS projects, oversee licensing, and document quality approvals and procedures across allocated sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
• At least of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and management in the aviation or marine industries.
• Completion of the CAAS M10/L11/L12 Examination and ability to interpret CMM, including Illustrated Part Listings (IPL).
• Experience collaborating with OEMs for capability expansion and familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations in the marine, defence, and aviation sectors, along with practical experience in Quality Management Systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment for external clients/employers
• Manage the recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, interview process, and other pre-hiring activities.
• Constant follow up on candidate leads to meet job order requisition plan.
• Recommend suitable candidates to respective clients.
• Work with various partners for placement opportunities.
• Participate in physical and virtual career fairs, subsequently updating of candidates’ database system.
• Manage the Career Resources Station (CRS) event booth including the setting up and disassembling of event booth.
• Attend to jobseekers’ enquiries eg. on available job vacancies and hiring companies.
• Take initiative to approach the public members and engage job seekers

Requirements

• NITEC and/or other related fields.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in managing recruitment or advisor role.
• Have strong interest in Recruitment, Career Advisory and Employment Landscape.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented, target driven to meet KPIs.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Independent & proactive.
• CEI certification is a plus but those without will be sent for certification.
• Training & development opportunities provided.
