Position Overview

This role supports the HR function with a primary focus on global recruitment and employment branding. The Junior HRBP will help develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and enhance the organization's external and internal employer brand. The ideal candidate has foundational HR knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences. This position requires occasional domestic and international travel to attend career fairs, campus events, and other branding initiatives in support of a global hiring scope.

Global Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment for domestic and international roles, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth global recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide relevant candidate profiles for global positions.
• Support candidate outreach and pipeline development efforts through social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions worldwide.
• Travel occasionally to attend job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry networking events in multiple regions.

Employer Branding

• Contribute to employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice across different markets.
• Create engaging career-related content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, and videos) targeting diverse audiences.
• Manage the company’s career pages on global job boards and social platforms to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Represent the organization at international job fairs and other global forums to increase brand visibility.

HR Coordination & Support

• Support the Senior HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, orientation, employee records, etc.).
• Collect and analyze global recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and propose improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications related to talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Compliance & Policy
• Ensure all recruitment activities align with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across multiple regions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in recruitment and employer branding, with a global perspective.
• Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and external recruitment partners across different countries and time zones.
• Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring teams, and HR leadership to facilitate a smooth international hiring process.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, HR, recruitment, or related roles is preferred.
• Exposure to employer branding or marketing initiatives is a plus.
• Experience with or understanding of global recruitment processes is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital recruitment strategies, especially in a global context.

  Guide countries through successful new product launches as needed.
  
• Develops customer relationships in conjunction with Medical Affairs, Strategic Access and country teams to establish multi-level relationships with Key Customers, Hospital Administrators, Advocacy groups and Industry forums to shape relevant policy, practices and clinical guidelines that provide BD with a competitive advantage.
• Keep abreast of CASAJ market trends and be the voice of customer (VOC) to the global product development planning process. Create business cases for new opportunities within the region, engage with the WW platform and applicable country teams.
• Act as a partner in the demand review process for assigned product lines with regional functional partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Nursing, Pharmacy or Medicine. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare, medical device or diagnostics marketing experience, with proven success.
• Cross functional team experience is required.
• Having Regional experience and matrix organizational experience is preferred
• Self- starter, with ability to plan ahead / envision and ensure timely execution.
• Leadership ability to influence without authority, develop and empower associates to achieve objectives with a team approach including careful delegation of tasks while maintaining responsibility for the final result.
• Strong customer focus, relationship management skills at senior levels, market intelligence and advanced research and analytical problem solving skills.
• Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues, data and their consequences.
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.

Job Description:

• Promote the company’s services across the Asia Pacific region and assist in developing marketing strategies to achieve set sales targets.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, agreements, and manage customer negotiations for approval, finalizing terms and conditions.
• Support the Marketing Manager/Director in preparing the annual sales and marketing budget.
• Achieve sales targets and departmental objectives, including Corporate Incentive Plans (CIP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) goals.
• Implement preventive programs within the team, ensuring members stay informed and actively contribute to HSE initiatives and improvement efforts.
• Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from the Global Sales Teams and customers outside the Asia Pacific region.
• Manage business partner relationships, ensuring compliance with trade requirements and processes.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Job Requirement:

• At least 3 years of regional marketing experience in the aviation industry, ideally with experience in repair and overhaul services.
• A strong understanding of the regional business environment is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation field.
• A formal qualification in marketing is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Extensive travel is required.
