About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic UI/UX Lead to join our team and drive the design of exceptional user experiences for our platforms.

Financial Planning and Reporting:

• Drive the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, financial trends, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to align financial goals with business objectives and ensure strategic alignment.
• Prepare financial presentation materials for the board and investors.

Business Partnering:

• Provide actionable insights to leadership on revenue growth opportunities and risks.
• Analyze and identify key drivers of profit margin trends and work closely with business leaders to implement improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement cost control measures and process optimizations to drive margin improvements.
• Monitor and report on the impact of margin improvement initiatives.

Revenue Forecasting and Capability Building:

• Develop and enhance revenue forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability in predictions.

Lead High-Impact Projects:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or similar field.
