You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team responsible for responding to threats and incidents to the corporate networks, systems (on-prem and cloud) and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the security systems owned by the security team.

• Recommend and drive cyber security solutions and initiatives to improve the organization's cyber security posture.

• Lead and drive major incidents towards mitigation and resolution in collaboration with multiple internal counterparts.

• Ensure excellent communication to stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates during incidents.

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.

• Guide and mentor junior staff within the security operations team, providing support as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or related fields, with at least 6 years of relevant information security working experience.

• Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CEH, GCIH, etc.) preferred.

• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, XDR, UEBA and SOAR tools preferred.

As Service Delivery Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team.

Your day-to-day activities will involve managing the team's performance, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You should have advanced proficiency in Service Delivery and other skills such as Business Operation Management, Operational Excellence, and Delivery Excellence with advanced proficiency in each.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team. Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage the team's performance and provide guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of service delivery solutions

Job Summary

You will be working with a team of professional engineers to challenge status quo, think different, thrive in ambiguity to meet mission objectives of our customers. You will lead a team of software engineers and work closely with other cross functional teams, Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers to deliver quality satellite ground software systems to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the design and architecture of satellite ground control and antenna management software systems.
• Lead software team in implementing design, testing, verification, and validation of all software components.
• Implementation of cybersecurity measures for software applications
• Generate and maintain software development documentation.
• Plan and provide necessary software maintenance, training, and consultancy to users on the deployed software.
• Continuously develop new skills & techniques in software technologies to improve and reduce software development time and effort.
• Participate in the definition and development of future products.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including customers, and engineering teams across organizations.
• Able to challenge the status quo, think different, thrive in ambiguity, care for team members and being ever curious.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in mission critical system software development.
• Proficient in developing full stack applications, preferably with C#, JS.
• Experience with database, API design, network architecture, message broker, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with core engineering infrastructure tools such as GIT servers, CI/CD pipelines, Container Technologies.
• Familiar with agile software development lifecycles.
• Good understanding of hardware.
• Able to communicate in English and work in a fluid, innovative environment.

1. Deeply understand the company's internationalization business strategy and lead the team to support the overall individual income tax operations of the company;

2. Develop and improve regional individual income tax related operation processes and system construction in accordance with legal compliance requirements;

3. Responsible for following up on individual income tax policies in different countries and regions, and supporting the improvement of the individual income tax system for Internationalization assignment.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5 years experience in tax operations;

2. Fluency in English;

3. Excellent project management skills, strong project driving and execution ability;

4. Good logical thinking, and strong research and data analysis capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in technology industry or human resources/management consulting;

2. Good business acumen, strong business understanding and insights;

3. Self-driven, good learning capability, good resilience and adaptability to changes and uncertainties;

4. Good teamwork awareness and collaboration skills.
