• Monitor, drive, and report on site contract performance throughout the whole lifecycle, specifically metrics such as contract cycle times, contract aging time, contract quality and tracking compliance

Job Purpose

The WREF & EHS, Site Lead is responsible for the management and delivery of workplace, infrastructure and services at the commercial sites encompassing Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, and ensuring that these supports and facilitate all business operations. The role provides senior leadership and direction to their organisation (contract partners), delivering a coherent, joined up approach to employee experience and aligning to their customers business strategy.

The Site Lead will serve as the primary liaison with the businesses at the site level, or stakeholders. The infrastructure and services at the site level are provided by contract partners, and as such, the Site Lead will ensure effective local governance of contracted relationships.
