About the company:

Our client is a leading medical devices company seeking for a Regional Channel Sales Manager, APAC to manage and expand the distribution channel network within key countries to drive business growth and to develop business relationships with end customers directly.

Responsibilities:

• You will develop and implement plans to be the brand champion for our client.
• You understand market drivers and dynamics to craft relevant strategies to drive business and meet assigned countries’ specific goals and strategies.
• You will appoint, negotiate and close business deals with channel partners as well as perform market analysis and develop suitable pricing strategies.
• You will collaborate with cross functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.
• Comply and follow company SOPs and other relevant procedures as well as take on specific assigned ad-hoc projects to drive business.

Requirements

• Ideally you have at least 6 to 8 years of regional experience in sales and channel management in medical capital equipment and/or medical devices industries with strong sales track records and extensive experience within Asia
• Experience in Urology is a plus.
• You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Healthcare equivalent fields.
• You are independent and highly driven, demonstrate extensive experience in business development strategies and possess the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• You are a go getter with a driven personality and be willing to travel extensively where necessary.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in logistics or supply chain management, with a proven track record in regional hubbing, B2B sectors (preferably in chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors).
• Deep knowledge of data analytics to make key business decision.

As a IT Manager | Desktop Support, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

Ability to guide the team and resolve incident escalated by Desktop Support Assistant in confirming the validity of the problem and seeking and researching for known solutions related to these more complex issues.

Performed Desktop Support services to users

• Provide support to the team by building and maintaining relationships and performing industry research to keep up with the market trends
• Prepare credit proposals for new applications and renewals, suggesting improvements in credit frameworks, policies and guidelines when necessary
• Prepare pitch decks and market materials
• Assisting in CDD/ KYC/AML and onboarding clients
• Supporting the management of the deal from origination, execution, credit, documentation, closing, first drawdown and post-drawndown portfolio management
• Provide support in arrange deals in loans and syndications loans according to policy and procedures
