Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Strong business sense and industry expertise

Technical Project Support

• Provide technical leadership on projects working with both project managers and technical teams
• Provide architectural advise to clients in areas of M365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure

• Resolve project technical issues, reporting to Senior Management and Customers.

Customer/Vendor/Stakeholder Management

• Manage contracts and subcontractors, effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution.
• Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations.
• Negotiate with customers on change control mechanisms to meet schedules and prioritize changes based on business needs.
• Maintain a strong customer-service orientation.

Team Management

• Lead, guide, manage, and motivate project team members to deliver quality project work, eliminate project exceptions, and delight customers.
• Plan for optimal resource use across teams with project and technical competencies.
• Ensure high individual and staff billability.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including strong persuasive techniques.
• Ability to lead, develop, and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
• Proven track record in assuming overall responsibilities and managing large-scale implementations.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of experience
• 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft cloud technologies in the IT Industry
• Previous experience running a large IT project of 6 months or longer
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure
