Job Description:

This is a full role for an Account Assistant located in Queensway. Our client is one stop instant printing company in Singapore. You will take the responsibilities involving performing daily data entry tasks using Accpac and Excel, managing both Accounts Payable for suppliers and Accounts Receivable from customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting weekly bank reconciliations and assisting in maintaining and monitoring internal controls. The position also includes handling various ad-hoc duties related to both accounting and administrative functions.

Qualifications:

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Retail Assistant located in Commonwealth Drive. Our client is a local Board Game store and distributor. You will managing the daily operations of a centre, ensuring its smooth functioning by overseeing both administrative and operational tasks. This includes handling student and staff records, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, and managing the collection of fees. Additionally, the role requires overseeing the staff’s welfare, preparing duty rosters, and providing guidance on classroom management. Monthly staff meetings are conducted to plan and review programmes for the centre, and the individual will collaborate closely with SCC Coaches and Teaching Excellence to provide feedback and necessary support.
