Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and checking of packaging materials, providing test results reports.

Education/Experience requirements:

• Degree with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in a healthcare setting and grant / programme management
• Understanding of the local healthcare sector, as well as public grant funding and grant management preferred
• Experience working with industry partners and overseas collaborators preferred but not mandatory
• Expertise in use of MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) and related software is a requirement

Reporting to the Imaging Informatics Manager, the Executive Assistant will be part of the team that administers the daily operations of Radiology Information System (RIS), Picture Archival Communication System (PACS), EPIC NGEMR System and its components in the Diagnostic Imaging department. • To be accountable to the Head of Centre for the safety, hygiene, training, caring and general well-being of the trainees in the Training & Development Centre.
• To work collaboratively with the Assistant Training Officer to assist the Training Officers in the day to day operations of the Training and Development Centre.
• To assist in executing and implement Individual Training Programme (ITP) with the supervision of senior TOs.
• To assist in continuous assessment, training and evaluation of trainees' holistic development.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business, work with key business stakeholders to incorporate IT applications and operation processes with technology solutions.

Requirements

The Senior Research Fellow will join the SERI AIDH Group for a six-month period. This role involves designing advanced AI algorithms for analyzing fundus photos, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), and OCT Angiography (OCTA) to detect retinal diseases and implementing these algorithms in real-world clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI algorithms for analyzing fundus photos, OCT, and OCTA images to detect retinal diseases. Ensure algorithms are robust, accurate, and clinically relevant
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to validate and refine AI models based on real-world data and feedback
• Implement AI algorithms in real-world clinical settings, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Oversee data collection, annotation, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models. Manage large datasets, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Prepare and submit a first-author paper to a high-impact journal

2. Handle administrative tasks, including insurance claims, Medisave, and CHAS.

5. Participate in stock-taking and manage any variances.
