Job Description:

General

1. To perform in registrating of patients & scheduling of appointments.
2. To perform basic dispensing and explaining purpose of medications.
3. To perform general administrative duties in the clinic as assigned.
4. To chaperone the doctor during consultations (when necessary).
5. To perform other duties as assigned by the doctor.

Billing

1. To perform payment collection and ensure that payments are tallied for end of business day takings.
2. To ensure that all medical billings and invoices are accurate and prompt.

Others

1. To collaborate and have good teamwork with all allied healths.
2. To assist team in monthly stock-taking of drugs and consumables.

Requirements:
