• Support the research team Director and Assistant Manager in a variety of research finance and administrative functions.
• This includes processing of payment, billing and procurement
• Financial closing matters such as collation of expenses for accrual and actualisation
• Monitor usage and create estimates for available funding for research
• Provide secratatriat and administrative support to the team
• Communicate with various groups within Group Research

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in any discipline (preferably in administration, science related field)
• Microsoft office, Excel proficient
• Fluent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Good writing skills
• Able to work on short notice
• Able to work well both in teams and independently
• Good time management
• Meticulous and detailed oriented
