Job Description:

• Assist with leasing sales admin process and coordinating with inter-department for day-to-day work
• Handling of incoming calls and providing customer service
• Administer and handle the latest Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Responsible for accuracy data entry input; filing for all data record documentation in the ERP & CRM systems
• Prepare printed materials and compilation of reports
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for administrative & payment arrangements
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent understanding of processes and able to quickly grasp system flows
• Follow up closely with the team's work progress

Requirements

• Min qualification diploma with 2 years’ experience in admin work
• Similar experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate with customer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Fast in respond and able to handle multiple task efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in Menu Development:Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop authentic and innovative Thai and Burmese dishes.
   Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and special promotions.
   
2. Support Kitchen Operations:Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality output.
   Assist in managing food inventory, ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients.
   Oversee the preparation and cooking of menu items, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
   
3. Quality Control:Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant\u2019s high standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
   Monitor food preparation processes to comply with health and safety regulations.
   
4. Training and Leadership:Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Thai and Burmese culinary techniques.
   Step in to lead the kitchen team during the Head Chef\u2019s absence.
   
5. Innovation and Creativity:Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance the menu.
   Stay updated on culinary trends in Thai and Burmese cuisine to incorporate modern elements.
   
6. Customer Satisfaction:Work closely with the Head Chef and management to address customer feedback and improve the dining experience.
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in Thai and Burmese cuisine, with a minimum of 1 year in a professional kitchen.

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sustainability Reporting & Analysis Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sustainability initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and analyze our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with key industry standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with our implementation team to identify sustainability gaps in our overseas projects and develop innovative solutions to reduce our carbon footprint.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Sustainability Reporting:
• Oversee the preparation and submission of GHG emissions reports and other sustainability reports in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, TCFD).
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting processes.
• Analyze and interpret sustainability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a robust sustainability reporting system to track progress and measure performancce.
• Sustainability Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of our GHG emissions and carbon footprint, identifying key drivers and areas for reduction.
• Develop and refine models to forecast future emissions and assess the impact of different mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement energy efficiency and carbon reduction measures.
• Sustainability Project Implementation:
• Support the identification and assessment of sustainability gaps in our overseas projects, including industrial parks, ready-built factories, and warehouses.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, such as energy efficiency programs, waste reduction strategies, and renewable energy projects.
• Monitor the performance of sustainability projects and track progress towards targets.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on sustainability best practices.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GHG accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Proven experience in sustainability reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in industrial park operations, ready-built factories, or warehouse leasing business is preferred.

In this role, you will be accountable for timely accounting and reporting of transactions, maintaining proper controls and financial processes and providing financial operational support to our growing business in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

AP

• Verify, process, and book invoices with appropriate documentation via the AP Automation system / SAP.
• Prepare payments to vendors via SAP payment proposal and other banking portals.
• Record all outgoing payments in SAP.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of AP aging reports with vendors and distributors.
• Maintain and set up vendor master data in SAP.
• Generate monthly AP aging reports.
• Verify and record staff claims.
• Conduct monthly AP intercompany confirmations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the monthly reconciliation and settlement of intercompany transactions.
• Assist users with Coupa/Concur inquiries.

AR

• Preparation and sending of invoices & statement of account to customers.
• Recording and reconciling payments from customers for various source of revenue.
• Maintain and set up customer master data in SAP.
• Producing AR aging report in monthly basis.
• Record all incoming receipts in SAP.
• Monthly AR intercompany confirmation

GL

• Prepare & park monthly journal entries into SAP.
• Liaise with various department on accruals for revenue, cost & expenses.

Ad Hoc

• Assist in projects and system enhancement.
• Assist in internal & external audit requirement.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC in FICO & SD module preferred.
• Preferred experience in AR/AP.
• Proficient in MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel.

As this is a contract position, it will be managed by our 3rd party contractor vendor.
