RESPONSIBILITIES

The SMU Urban Institute, launched in early 2024, is a university-level research institute dedicated to advancing an interdisciplinary research agenda. Leveraging SMU's strategic position as a dynamic management university in Singapore's city centre, the Institute aims to make a meaningful impact through the study of Asian cities. Work under supervision of PI (Principal Investigator) to create and operate a large-scale taxi/ride-hailing simulator in Singapore setting. The major responsibilities are:

• Refit an existing large-scale taxi/ride-hailing simulator using latest street topology.
• Process large datasets from LTA and Gojek to prepare for simulation calibration.
• Design an automated process to calibrate the simulation model, so that it is consistent with real-world data.

Job Descriptions
• Handle all import/export documentation, shipping procedures, and coordination, including shipment planning.
• Issue purchase orders and delivery orders.

Job Responsibilities:

Attend to inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires

Make outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings

Submit insurance claims
