• Involved in conceptual development of all email communications with team
• Assist with the development of new email content and strategies to increase conversion
• Liaise with sales team for planning
• Execute and manage all steps of the purchase order process
• Enter all markdowns and on-line promotions into system
• Analyze sales trends and use learnings to identify product opportunities, trends, and offerings which will impact the business and provide results

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience E-Commerce
• Experience in the design, production and optimization of e-Commerce or related creative design field
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and technology (search, display, affiliates, email marketing, partnerships, Google Analytics and Google Tech Stack)
• Web analytics and analysis expertise
• Advanced Google Analytics Skill

Job Scope:

1. Logistics / Warehouse Assistant

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming stock and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

2. Logistics / Warehouse Coordinator

• Develop warehouse layout and planning strategies for optimal space utilization.
• Oversee and maintain warehouse documentation and inventory records accurately.
• Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) efficiently.
• Analyze processes across receiving, handling, distribution, and storage to identify improvements.
• Update and track data using MS Excel, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
